Every time I turn on my Fitbit it stays on for a minute or two and then, it shuts off again. I hope the warranty covers this because I got this last november

A warm welcome to the Community @Mike752.

If your tracker lights up when you raise your hand and shut off minutes after, that might be the quick view option, you can check this by swiping to setting and see if this is on.

If it isn't, you can try to restart the device by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
