My Blaze contact terminals warn away after using 20 months and I cannot find a replacement. Please do not offer me a discount to buy a new one just help me fix it. I am not suggesting anyone buy a Fitbit because replacement parts are very hard to find. You can buy different brand which you can easily find parts for or has better quality with lower price.

Great to see you around @OrhanA.
I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with your Blaze, but can you please be more specific about it? What contact terminals are you referring? Isn't your tracker charging?
Hope to hear from you soon.

Same thing happened to mine after 14 months. Poor design.. the pins on the charger wear holes in the contacts. I have asked them to repair mine as well, but the only replies I get are that the device is out of warranty and they will not replace it. And that I can purchase another one at a discount. Why would I ever purchase another device from a company that can not make a simple repair? Frustrated and disappointed....

@TimoleonJ if the device is damaged it will need to be replaced as it can't be repaired. If you contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com they will be able to check your warranty status and advise on your options.
