Blaze continues to stop working with clock error

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Despite repeated attempts to reset the error to do with the clock my blaze continues to show this error - have had success in changing the clock face but then after 15 minutes or a number of hours the error returns. I have tried everything on the forums to sort the issue...

Hey there @acu010. Welcome to the Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry that your tracker is stuck in the clock error 😕

I can probably recommend setting it up as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem and hopefully the error should disappear.

Let me know if that works.

I have tried all the suggestions on the forums.  Latest option I tried - turn off Bluetooth on mobile, set up Fitbit on laptop, sync Blaze.  Did this successfully and still have clock error.  Tried another clock through laptop app, re-booted Fitbit, and still the same.

Hi there @Edvin. Welcome to the Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear that your Blaze is now not even turning on 😕

Have you already tried to restart it by any chance? If not, you can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and hopefully bring it back on.

Try that out and let me know how it goes!
