Blaze cracked face

This seems to be a common issue with the Blaze. I've had it no longer than 2 days and the face cracked on it. For the cost of this. It's very disappointing. I work for Humana so we are huge users with Fitbit and other fitness trackers. I've been putting this off contacting Fitbit with not thinking this will get replaced like all other fitbits are replaced that have issues.

I have worn mine for 8 months now and dont have the problem
