Blaze cracked screen for no reason

I found my screen cracked when I put it on yesterday morning. Do not know how it happened since I am very careful with my Blaze. It has been feeling hot on my wrist the last few days don't if that contributed to it cracking.

How can I get it repaired?

Purchased April 11th 2018
