I received a Fitbit Blaze for Christmas as a gift from my husband, I didn't get around to actually using it til early-mid January. Last Wednesday night which was February 1, I checked my Fitbit as I always do to sync it before bed then fell asleep wearing it like I have been since I started wearing it. Early Thursday morning after taking the kids to school I looked down at the time and noticed one clean crack in a semi diagonal line on the face of my Blaze, I hadn't done anything between going to bed and dropping the kids that would warrant such a noticeable crack. Today I did an online chat with customer service and they offered me 25% off, granted the tracker is still functional as of now but I found it ridiculous that something so pricey had such a weak warranty behind it, especially since I couldn't have done anything too strenuous to cause it, I wish I would have read the reviews before asking for a Fitbit for Christmas, I turned down the discount since my husband already had spent so much on a gift that did not last as expected, I love the whole lay out and the Fitbit app but would rather take my time and search for a more durable product considering it is an "activity" tracker.

Hi, @Aplum80, I would give them another call and stress that it was worn normally over a period of only a few days and this crack spontaneously appeared. I think you may find you get a better response.
