My screen cracked in my sleep after about 3 months. I called Fitbit and sent multiple emails. Their warranty is only good for 45 days. They admitted that there are issues with the screens cracking but refused to replace or repair mine. They said at 1st they were replacing them but due to the increase in cracked screens they stopped. So if your screen cracks after 45 days you are screwed. I will purchase another Fitbit product.

Just to clarify. The warranty runs for 24 months in Europe and 12 months elsewhere and the full terms can be found at www.fitbit.com/returns
In there you'll see that fitbit offer a 45 day full refund if you are unhappy with the fitbit provided you bought it direct from fitbit.
You'll also see that accidental damage is excluded from the warranty. So, after 3 months you would no longer be able to get a refund but would be eligible for a warranty replacement providing that it wasn't accidental damage. Which is what it sounds like to me.

It's great to see you around @Pobear06 and @SteveH thanks for stopping by.
I have to agree with our friend @SteveH here, please take a look at our warranty policy. Also, could you please tell me how your tracker's display cracked?
Hope to hear from you soon.

Cracked in your sleep?
I am sure sending photos of the crack to Fitbit, they can identify if it was due to an accident or malicious. Or post a photo on here?

Whether it was accidental or malicious it wouldn't be covered. The warranty only covers product defects.

I've had my Blaze for a month and the screen is cracked as well. I didn't drop it or bump it into anything. Emailed Fitbit with a picture and they won't replace it. They offered me a 25% discount on another Fitbit. No thanks. Their stock is going for less than $6.00 a share today. I guess they can't afford to replace it. Never buying another Fitbit product.

Same thing happened to me. I woke up one morning after having the blaze for less than a week and there was a crack across the screen and it just keep spidering from there. Offered a 25% coupon. Will be saving my money for a Garmin or AppleWatch.
