I purchased the Blaze as a Christmas present. He enjoyed it for four or five months before he noticed the screen was cracked. I see on the forum that someone mentioned the screen protectors, will these protect the screen from further deterioration? From the product offerings it appears that the Blaze is no longer available?

I am sorry to hear about what happened with your Blaze screen. I've gone ahead and escalated your case to our support team, for them to take a deeper look at this. Please keep an eye on your inbox for further instructions. And regarding your inquiry, we don't sell screen protector for the Blaze but you can purchase one from a retailer that offers them, just remember that we don't cover these type of products.
