Blaze dashboard mileage

I just received my Blaze and have a problem. When I enter an activity manually or change the mileage on a recorded activity because it was inaccurate, my dashboard does not update the mileage. Any advice is appreciated.

Yes it is in the event log just not the dashboard.

Hi there @HopYo it's a little odd to know that your distance information is not being updated, in order to provide you better assistance, would you please let me know what type of activity is the one that you're manually logging? is it step-based? and also were you wearing your tracker at the time of the activity?

 

Keep in mind that if the activity is already logged by SmartTrack the distance won't be available nor if the activity is not step-based.

Stationary bike didn't register 7.5 miles and walking only registered a portion of the miles and when I corrected it that didn't register. I have since learned that it should be set to treadmill since today at the gym the stepping activity was correct. So now it's just the mileage from the stationary bike I can't seem to get right.
