Blaze didn't recognize my exercise

This morning I went for a run of 2.5 miles. I see it show up in my exercise history. I took a 45 min walk with my wife in the evening and:

  • Didn’t auto recognize the exercise.
  • Didn’t appear in my exercise history. 

 

Shouldn't both appear? I have the Blaze.

Hey @LowLight, it's great to see you here.

 

If your Blaze isn't auto recognizing your exercises, I recommend restarting the tracker by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

 

After this process, please test it. In the meantime, remember that you can always manually log your activities.
