Blaze display not responding

Blaze is frozen on logo screen. Resetting does nothing! After pushing and holding buttons, screen blinks once and then unresponsive. I placed on charger, no change still frozen. Help!

I'm sorry you're having problems with your Blaze not responding 😕 Thanks a lot for restarting and putting it to charge though!

Since doing that didn't help, I would recommend leaving the tracker to drain the battery and once this happens, put it to charge and see if it lights up and works as it should. If that doesn't happen, let me know and I'll be happy to provide further assistance.

Have you solved your issue? I'm having the same issue. I've left it 2 days without charging it and when i'm trying to charge i get the same frozen logo display :(.

I was wondering if you managed to solve it and how.

I couldn’t resolve the issue. Go to the FitBit page and the chat feature. I sent them pictures and a video of me tying to reboot it. They immediately send me a new watch.
