Hi,
I just bought a Blaze and tested it on a bike ride today. Twice during the ride I noticed that the mileage stopped tracking. I stopped the ride on the Blaze and let it record. I then started it again and it wouldn't connect to my phone. I finally got it connect and started again. A little bit later it stopped tracking mileage again as before so I went through the exact same process. Finally on the third try it recorded and didn't stop my mileage for the rest of my ride. Why is it doing this and is this a normal defect of the Blaze? I have two weeks to return this bad boy and I will go and get a fully GPS enabled device if this is normal. If there is a bandaid fix for it I'd love to know.
Thanks,
Jo

Hello @jojoisme welcome to the Fitbit Community! I would like to ask if the millage stopped on your tracker's display? Also did you noticed if the the activity was paused or the tracker just stopped recording the millage? Was the Blaze connected to your phone with a green signal bar on the tracker's display?
My advise is to restart your tracker as described on this post from @SunsetRunner and test it for the day.
Looking forward to your new comments!

Same problem faced by me too.
The display on blaze shows that a red sign showing that is not connected to phone/GPS.
