My screen on my Blaze cracked. Not sure how, but it didn't appear to have an impact mark where I had hit something. I called Fitbit to see if it was repairable because I knew it was out of warranty. I was told that there wasn't a replacement screen or repair facility. After uploading a picture of the damaged Blaze, it was confirmed that my Blaze was no longer under warranty, and that the damage wasn't covered under warranty any way. Since I was a long time customer, I was offered a 25% discount on a new one. Now, this was my second Blaze. The original one was replaced free because of inaccuracies in the data. The second one didn't do any better. I just wasn't sure if I wanted another Blaze, so I politely thanked the representative for their time and hung up. As I started researching, I discovered that there was an industry wide 25% discount on the Blaze. Every site I looked at had the Blaze for $149.99 that I was offered as a long term customer. If everyone on the planet could get 25% off a new Blaze, where was my reward as a long time customer? Not exactly sure what happened there.
