Blaze display blinking

Hoping anyone could help. My Blaze Fitbit screen is blinking, wont really take a charge and buttons are not responsive. I have tried the restart and nothing happens. Even in its charge holder the screen blinks. I have tried to charge it from the wall and from a USB port on my computer. The computer recognizes the device for 1-5 seconds and then it disappears from the list, which happens continually while it is plugged in to the port. I may just need to return/exchange it, but was hoping someone had a fix.

Hey @BlazerunnerT, welcome to the Community.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue. Can you please confirm that these are steps you followed in order to restart your tracker:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Hope to hear from you soon. Man Happy

Hi, I just started having similar problem with my Blaze, but slightly different in that the whole screen does not flicker. I have a horizontal white bar which flicks in and off every 2 seconds, across the top of the screen. It is very artistic, but obviously the Blaze is not well. I will contact Fitbit.
