Blaze display corrupted and swipe issues

I use the zone clock face so it's supposed to be a color ranging from blue to orange. After having it on the charger for hours today, I put it on and the background is black, I can't swipe left or right and it only charged to about halfway.

 

I've reset it numerous times. After resetting, I get my normal screen and the ability to swipe for about 30 seconds before the background goes black (I can still see the time, just the background goes black) again and I lose the ability to swipe again. I put it back on the charger for another hour (charging icon working) with no increase in battery. Now I can't even get the charging icon to come on. Aside from resetting/restarting, any ideas?

I am sorry to hear about the issues you have been experiencing with your tracker and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix them. Can you please tell me if you have already contacted our support team? Have they offered a solution for this?

No, I have not. It is out of warranty as I’ve had it for a few years.
I did manage to get it to charge this morning. It was charged to about ¾ and seemed to be working properly but it is now 3 hours later and I’m getting a low battery warning so something isn’t working properly.
