Blaze display corrupted

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I purchased a Fitbit Blaze and within 6 hours the screen had blue lines across the top and pink lines along the bottom. I tried force resetting it holding the buttons down for 30+ seconds, using the pin hole on the back, putting it on the charger, everything I could think of. I reset my phone and removed the Fitbit from the app/Bluetooth. The heart monitor is off and it is virtually unresponsive. The screen flashes on and off with the lines continuously. Any suggestions? It obviously didn’t get wet or hit as I only had it for a few hours, most of which I was asleep.

Hey there @Hbmcc, welcome to the Community.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Could you please provide me with a picture of your tracker's display? You can follow the instructions provided in this post for attachments.

Also, please confirm that these are steps you did to restart your device:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Hope to hear from you soon. Smiley Happy
