Almost 24hrs ago my Blaze stopped sending out notifications. I was out running errands and realized I wasn’t receiving them. I synced it to the app manually on my 6s Plus to see if that would work: no. Then I manually reset the Blaze: no. Not sure what else to do. I’ve actually done the resetting multiple times each way. Thank you

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If your tracker isn't receiving notifications, I recommend taking a look at the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (iOS Fitbit app) post and follow the instructions provided there.
