If notifications aren't working properly from your iOS Fitbit app, here are some instructions for you to try:
1. Restart your tracker.
2. On your mobile device, go to Settings > Bluetooth.
3. Turn off Bluetooth, wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
4. Reboot your mobile device.
If you're still not receiving notifications, set up notifications again:
1. Tell your mobile device to "forget" your tracker:
1.1. On your mobile device, go to Settings > Bluetooth.
1.2. Tap your tracker and then tap Forget Device.
1.3. Log out of the Fitbit app.
2. Reboot your mobile device.
3. Restart your tracker.
4. Turn on call, text, or calendar event notifications for your tracker:
4.1. Open the Fitbit app and tap Account.
4.2. Tap your tracker.
4.3. Find an option to turn on call, text, or calendar notifications.
