I am unable to sync my Fitbit Blaze on my iPhone 7. (I keep getting the above error message.) It worked fine earlier this week.

-I have the latest Fitbit update from two days ago.

-I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, no luck.

-I restarted my phone, no luck.

-I tried to reset my password, but get the same error message as above.

-I am able to connect on my laptop, but want to use my iPhone to sync.

Please help!

Thanks!!

A warm welcome to the Community @junebugg_622.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Could you please provide me with a screenshot of the error that you are seeing? In the meantime, you can take a look at the Having trouble syncing? post and follow the instructions provided there.

Hope to hear from you soon. Smiley Happy

Thanks for the screenshot @junebugg_622.

Could you please turn off your WiFi and log in with your phone's data? After you are logged, you can turn on the WiFi again and use the app.

Let me know the outcome. Robot Happy
