Blaze display damaged

Just purchased a Blaze for a friend (mind you, we all chipped in so he could have the best) and a few days later, the screen cracked. There is nothing FitBit could do, not even suggest a way to get it repaired. Very upset about it. He removed the device from the wrist band to charge and it easily slipped off and fell to the ground. It wasn't even a big distance! Then on the treadmill, it almost popped out again.

We don't mind paying for repairs, but there is no where to get it fixed. If this happens often, FITBIT really should provide a protective shield or coating, or ANYTHING at all.

A warm welcome to the Community @mariearlette. It's weird to hear that a Blaze screen can get damaged that easily. I recommend taking a look at our warranty policy and also keep an eye in your inbox for further instructions.

Catch you later. Woman Happy
