Blaze will not respond/not charging (Fix)

After using my Blaze for over a year, I had a lapse of a few days where it laid on my bureau. When I picked it up, nothing on the screen. Thinking I simply needed to recharge it (I recall seeing a reminder email about the battery level), I placed it in the dongle/charger and plugged it into a USB port. Nothing. After several hours nothing. Tried different combinations of things to no avail. Finally resorted to community help and found what was needed. I simply needed to RESTART the Blaze. You do this by depressing the back button (only button on the left side of the casing) and the lower right button for about 10 seconds. Assuming that the restart was all that was needed you should now have your Blaze up and running. I also found that it was fully charged! It simply needed to be restarted. Hope this post helps.
