Screen on my Blaze is rapidly moving back and forth. Still keeping track of everything. But rapidly moving back and forth on each screen, I can hardly read and stand looking at the screen. Anyone have this problem before?

Mines started doing exactly the same thing this afternoon, I've email customer services for advice .

hi again - sorted mine by rebooting it - hold single left button and lower right button in at same time for 10-12 seconds and this reboots it - problem solved - hope it works for you as it's really annoying !!

A warm welcome to the Community @Bhappysun and @Carriecat thanks for stopping by.

As recommended, please try the restart procedure. After this your tracker should work properly.

Mine was doing the same thing and thought maybe because I dropped it, but just shut it down and turned it back on and all is good.

I have a similar problem. Week ago my Blaze suddenly started blinking and flicking. The picture is not readable at all, so I can't turn it off. Rebooting did the issue more severe - now there is only a white noise on the screen.

I tried to wait until the battery drains. Six days ago Blaze stopped syncing and had empty battery according to the application. But it still switching the screen on with all that ripple! When the battery going to drain enough to switch the clock completely? Is there another way to switch it off?

I'm very sad that this happened a month after the warranty ended. 😞

Finally the screen became blank. But now the Blaze is not charging. When I put it into the cradle, backlight is switching on, but without charging battery animation on the screen. And after few seconds backlight is switching off and immediately  on and so on. If cradle is plugged into computer, all described above is accompanied by sounds of "Device plugged", "Device unplugged". So, I think my Blaze is completely dead. 😞

@VerWolf it sounds like dirty charging contacts. Try isopropyl alcohol and a Q-tip are piece of paper

I tired the instructions to push single button and the bottom button  on the other side, together for 12 secs. It reset it self it stopped

That worked for my crazy acting Blaze! Thank you so much Carriecat for posting this. As much as I would’ve loved a excuse to get the waterproof Fitbit watch, I really can’t afford it right now so I’m happy that my good old Blaze is working normally again.
