Blaze display not working

Help I think my 6 month old Blaze has just decided to call it a day, My tracker display has vanished, it won't Charge and not even a flicker when plugged in to the charger. The software on my iPhone stopped updating at the same time. Now not wanting to appear a bit daft here I take it that my best friend has passed on, unless there is possibly a quick fix that someone out there knows that might aid recovery. From a very lonely! OMG, I'm so sorry about this @Blaze-Runner 😞

We all have a special relationship with our trackers and I can understand how much you love yours. I totally love my Blaze, he's with me everywhere I go, so I can totally relate to how you may feel Robot Sad

Have you tried any reviving maneuvers? In this situation, it would be restarting it. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

If that doesn't work, let me know. I'll be more than happy to help you out here and get a solution for you and your buddy!

Hi Ferdinand

I did as suggested and Fitbit logo appears for 15 seconds and then returns to blank screen. I also tried plugging into charger to see if this would keep screen alive without luck. I also tried sync with phone without luck. Every time I press left and bottom right button the logo appears and then vanishes again after 15 seconds. iPhone shows charge as green although won't sync and just says "looking". Any further suggestions welcome as at a bit of a loss at moment, I need to be tracked!!

Thanks as well for trying the instructions I provided. Since they didn't work and there's not much else that can be done in this situation, I've forwarded your case to the Support Team for them to help you out with this. Keep an eye on your inbox for further instructions and if you need anything else, be sure to let me know. I'll be happy to help! 🙂

I’m having the same problem with my 6 month old Blaze. There is no display. Tried restarting it several times. Still nothing. Help!!

When my screen went blank I followed the instructions in this thread given by FerdinandFitbit (Moderator) and eventually all came back to life, i think i may have also logged out of app and forced shutdown, although i am pretty sure all will come back to life if you shut down everything and then restart/reboot.

Maybe start a new query thread and hopefully one of the Fitbit Gurus will jump in and offer better advice?
