Blaze display showing corrupted

So I was out yesterday when I looked down at my Fitbit and noticed the screen looked like the matrix.  

It looks like the fitbit logo, but I cannot get the tracker to respond in any way to correct itself.

 

Any advice?

Hi @dajacobs78. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

 

I'm sorry you're having problems with your display not working as it should. Now, it sounds like you've already tried to restart your tracker. I'd just like to make sure you're doing this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. Have you tried this already?
