So i got my first fitbit today, bought a blaze and im so disappointed its unreal.! The watch will not connect to my iphone 7 can not find it on the bluetooth and then when it says it has found the tracker it took over an hour of trying to connect to switch itself off, tried setting it up on a computer and it says i need a wireless dongle. Im currently sat with it on my wrist telling me to go to a website and basically being an expensive bangle.! Proper disappointed

Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums @DaveLippy! 🙂

I'm sorry you're having problems trying to setup your new Blaze but I'll be happy to help you out with this!

First, I'd like to make sure  you're trying to set up your tracker from the Fitbit app and not from the Bluetooth settings on your iPhone directly. Your iPhone 7 is fully compatible for syncing, so be sure that you've already downloaded the Fitbit app from the AppStore and since this is the first time you own a Fitbit tracker, that you've created your account on the app. Once you've done this, proceed to set it up as a new device.

For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

Hope this helps and anything else you may need, please let me know!
