I just got my Fitbit blaze. Brand new, it counts my steps but will not light up or anything when I push the buttons. Screen lights up on charger but again, not on the band when I push the buttons but still counts my steps? How do I fix this?

Hopefully this is just a software glitch, in which case a restart may sort it out:
Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
Give this a few tries as it's known to not always work.
If that doesn't do the trick then I would suspect it's a hardware fault. In this case you might want to get it replaced at the store you got it from or, if that is not an option, then you will be covered by fitbit's warranty and you can contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com

Hey there @MarisaL95, welcome to the Community and @SteveH thanks for stopping by.
I would like to know if the restart procedure worked? Are you still having issues with your Blaze display?
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()
