Blaze display

I am asking this question pretty much knowing the answer.

I have had my blaze for about a year and a half, over the last few days, various lines and spots have appeared on the display and they appear to be getting worse.

Looks like the pixels are dying to me.

Is this fixable or do I need to buy a new pebble?

If it's a hardware failure (as is most likely) then you'll need a new Blaze. However, if you are in Europe then the warranty runs for 2 years (it's 1 year outside Europe) and you should be covered. If so, contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

If you're lucky it could be just a software glitch so restarting it is worth a try:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your Fitbit Blaze, Fitbit Ionic, or Fitbit Versa doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.
