The blaze works when it is plugged in the charger, it has full battery and is synced with the app but soon as we take it out of the charger housing unit we get black screen and can not get it to do anything.
We we have tried pushing the left button and lower right for 10-15 seconds and we get nothing.
Any suggestions?

This is exactly what is happening to my partners blaze. I have tried the online chat but keep getting a message to say the last person has been snagged. Its too costly to phone America from the UK so what do I do now. Our blaze is still within warrenty

Not sure why my thread is saying it’s solved when we are still no further forward? Still no luck still a black screen 👎🏻😤

No still no solution I tried shutting down and turning back on and that doesn’t work either
