My Fitbit Blaze is displaying a heart rate, even while not wearing. This is especially concerning because lately my HR has jumped to over 100 while resting and I’m not sure if it’s a sign of tachycardia or a faulty Fitbit. I’ve tried everything I can think of: changing settings to on/off/auto and syncing after each, resetting and syncing again, nothing works. I’m hoping someone can offer some advice. Thanks in advance!
