Blaze displaying incorrect time

My Blaze's time is out of sync. How do we get the correct time back? Doesn't reset when syncing.

I'm not sure what is ment by the time is out of sync, how far off is it?

When does the app say the last sync was, and have you checked your timezone?

I would like to know if you keep having inconveniences with your Blaze time? If you do, I recommend changing your timezone to a complete different one, sync your tracker, put the correct time and sync again. 

 

To change the timezone do the following:

 

  1. Tap the account icon
  2. Slide down and tap advanced settings
  3. Tap timezone
  4. Change your timezone
  5. Sync

 

If the problem is directly with the syncing procedure, follow the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post.
