Start exercise in bike and connect to phone. Although there is a map of where i have rode it only says that i have done around 2 mile some times 3. Yet it shows full map of ride.

Hey @SunsetRunner, it's great to see you here.
It sounds from what you say that your tracker cannot connect to your phone when you're starting the activity, therefore, your riding distance is being calculated based on your walking stride length which will not be accurate for this purpose.
I recommend refreshing the connection between your tracker and phone to make sure that when you go into the biking mode, it will connect to your phone and it will then report the GPS distance rather than the distance that is tracked from your Blaze.
Now, for this, remove the Bluetooth bond between your tracker and your phone. For this, go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone. On your connected devices, look for your tracker. Tap on it, then choose the option that says "Forget this device". Once you've done this, I would recommend making sure to sync your tracker to avoid losing any unsynced data and then, proceed to set up your tracker as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
The next time you go out biking, make sure that the internet on your phone is turned on and that you choose the Outdoor Bike shortcut on your Blaze and wait for it to connect. Once this happens, go on your bike ride, when you're done, finish it on your tracker and then sync your tracker and see if there's any improvement.
Let me know if you need anything else.
