@Mariamariaa Did you purchase from Fitbit? If so, perhaps it is covered under warranty.

Welcome to the Community @Mariamariaa! That's pretty weird. This seems to be an issue with your pebble not fitting into the charging dock. As @Kmransom123 mentioned, the best thing to do is contact Customer Support, so they can further help.

You shouldn't of had to purchase a replacment chager. When I had my Blaze, I went through a few warranty replacement chargers before I found an aftermarket one that allowed charging without taking the Blaze apart.
