SMS notifications not working

So I purchase the blazed and now I am trying to get the text msgs notifications working and they don't, but I receive all my phone calls. I have tried all the troubleshooting. Any advice?

@shaeshae i can try , but without knowing the other half of the equation ,  the best i can do is send you to the help site or your manual ,  both im sure you already read.

Which phone do we have?

If your phone is compatible and you continue without receiving your notifications, you can follow @MarreFitbit's instructions in the My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app) post or @SantiR's instructions in the Not receiving notifications on your iOS device? post.
