After going through 3 fitbit HR charges in 2 years I decided to stay and keep my loyalty to fitbit. I upgraded this time to the Blaze. After waiting 2 months to finally get it and enjoying it for 2 months. My blaze now does not sync with my S8. Getting my notifications and calls on my phone is super important to me and a necessity. Honestly I want to throw this device in the garbage. I know I'm not the only one. Looking back at prior forms this has been going on for more than 6 months. How is everyone else handling this? Super Frustrated with Fitbit

Notifacations have not been a problem with the. Samsung Galaxy S8. I have had sync problems which all diss peered when I removed the other trackers. My sister and two brothers along with my two neighbors. That makes 6 with the Galaxy S8, and none have had any problems. I would have heard.

Same. I'm super frustrated. It worked perfectly for about six months.
Do the devs need to work on software updates or something??

I was on the phone with customer service for 45 minutes the other night. After my conversation now I get zero notifications calls texts emails nothing. Very frustrating and yes something needs to be done
