Hi! Please help. I`ve bought Blaze and managed to pair it with my phone. No problem here.The battery is fully charged. Hoevewer, Blaze does not turn on. I can not reset the Blaze (I have tried to hold the right buttons for 15 seconds, but it did not work). But, Blaze shows logo or even clocks/ push-up notifications when it is connected to the PC (i.e. when it is in the process of charging). No error messages at all. Simply does not turn on. What could it be?

I'm sorry to hear that your tracker is not responding when outside of the charger 😕
Just to make sure, see if the tracker is inside the steel frame with the buttons on the tracker itself aligned with the buttons on the frame. It's a common thing for some users to put the tracker in the frame the wrong way and when they push the buttons, they tracker will not respond so this could be a reason.
If this seems not to be the case, let me know so that I can further investigate.
