Blaze doesn't charge after update...

My Blaze stopped charging after the update. I have a small amount of battery left and nothing I have tried has fixed it. Reset probably 20 times, turned completely off, tried all types of wall chargers and usb ports.....nothing....If I connect it via usb to my Windows 10 laptop it is recognized but doesn't charge...it was fine before this last update...not sure if that is just a coincidence....4 month old $200 tiny brick.... highly disappointing... They are sending a replacement "Pebble" since it's under warranty but after seeing so many others with charging issues I'm not confident the replacement will last much longer.... really wish there was a fix for this. Has anyone else had this issue?

Hi there @Chillin_One. Great to see you in the Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems getting your Blaze to charge... For what you mention, it sounds like it might be a problem with the charger itself and not the tracker.

I would like to forward your case to someone in the Support department for them to take a closer look and for them to help you out with this. Keep an eye on your inbox for further instructions.

Anything else you may need, let me know!

It could be. I only have the charger that came with it. Everything is still mint, no wear, never been wet.... no idea what the deal is and there doesn't seem to be an easy fix.
