Blaze doesn't count all my steps

I've have the Fitbit Charge in the past, and loved it.  Upgraded to Blaze, and it's only counts about 75% of my steps.  Very disappointed!!  And tried everything I know to fit it - nothing works.  😞

@catwen welcome to the forums. Hey, just out of curiosity have you tried restarting your tracker? That sometimes does the trick:

  1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your tracker doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my tracker? to turn Blaze off and back on again.

Also, keep in mind that for wrist-based trackers just like Blaze, it's important to specify whether you wear the tracker on your dominant or non-dominant wrist: the non-dominant wrist setting increases the sensitivity of step counting and should reduce any under counting of steps. Non-dominant is the default. If you have verified all that to no avail, then I recommend following @helrj suggestion about contacting our Support Team. They definitely have the proper tools to take a deeper look into your tracker's behavior.

Also, you may have noticed that I moved your post from the Charge board to the Blaze board as you were referring to your new Blaze not counting all your steps. In here you'll be able to find more relevant info related to your tracker.

Keep me posted! Smiley Happy
