Blaze Stops Working

I have had my Blaze since this past summer. Overall, I am very happy with it! But I continuously have one annoying issue with it. Sometimes, it just randomly stops working? It acts like it's completely dead - nothing will display and pressing any of the buttons doesn't do anything. This isn't the first time it's happened. I'd say it's probably happened a dozen of times since I've owned it. About the only way I can get it to "come back to life" is to put it on the charger. But here's the thing - it's not actually dead (I don't think). As soon as I put it on, I take it right back off and put it back in the band and continue on with my day. And the reason I don't think it's actually dead is because I charge it every day, and the next day after this happens, the battery bar is still mostly full. I'm glad it comes back just fine when placed in the charger, but sometimes it happens when I'm not at home and I don't have access to the charger, which is annoying when you realize it's not working and everything you've done since it stopped working hasn't been tracked. Any ideas why this is happening? Anything else I can do to get it working again when I don't have immediate access to my charger?

The first thing I would try is doing three restarts in succession - the equivalent to rebooting it. That can solve a number of glitches, so it's worth a try. If the problem persists, contact customer services.

Okay, thanks! I have reset it three times now. Hopefully that's the trick 🙂 If nothing else, I at least learned how to reset it! I wasn't sure before today 🙂

I'm not sure yet. As far as I can tell, there's no pattern/set schedule as to when my fitbit acts up. I never know when or why it's happened. So I may never know if the reset worked unless it never happens again! If it acts up again, I'll get in contact with customer service.

Thanks!
