Blaze doesn't work

The face still shows initial "fitbit.com/setup "
Please advise.

Go to fitbit.com/setup it will have a link to the sodtware for your system. 

Install and run the software, it will prompt you through the setup process.

 

Also scroll to the bottom of this page, click help, now click the picture of you tracker model. From here you can download your manusl, go through the Blaze101, and have access to the online interactive help guide.
