Blaze exercise accuracy off

My blaze is absolutely not counting my steps with reasonable accuracy.  It's not counting an average of 1000 steps which is REALLY FRUSTRATING.  I have a Samsung phone which  count my steps on my morning walks simultaneously.  Without failure my Fitbit blaze is about 1000 steps less.  The pedometer no doubt freezes.  I've tested it by watching it as I walk.😞

 

Please help me resolve this issue.

I'm having the same issue with my blaze. It's approximately 1000 steps slower than my iPhone's step count.
