Blaze exercise and sleep issues

I’ve had my Blaze nearly 2 years but problems started a couple of months ago.

I used to get detailed sleep updates (deep sleep, R.E.M. etc) but now I either get no sleep pattern or if I’m lucky, I get the early sleep log (showing your sleep as dark blue line and red for periods awake).

I'm also having issues with my exercise and therefore calories. It would appear every step I take is counted as exercise, my tracker now shows I have done over 700 minutes exercise each day and I’ve burned thousands of calories... I wish! Previously, exercise minutes only recorded if I was on a walk/doing exercise.

I have reset my watch by holding the buttons, removed the app, removed and readd my Blaze but nothing works. The app is up to date with latest software versions too. Any ideas how how to resolve?

Many thanks

Many thanks for your message.

Im not manually logging any exercise and had the Fitbit set up to automatically recognise exercise after 15 minutes and increased it up to 30 minutes in a bid to try and resolve the issue but it didn’t.

I haven’t done any exercise for a few weeks, the daily 700 active minutes on my Fitbit can only be from me being at work but I sit at a desk in an office so I don’t understand.

i’ll look at the link you sent on sleep, thanks again.

A warm welcome to the Community @And123.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix these issues and would like to know what exercise are you doing when your trackers registers all that information? Are you manually logging any type of activity that might be providing all this information?

About the sleep, I suggest checking the help article Why don't I see sleep stages today?.

Hope to hear from you soon. Robot Happy
