After trying everything suggested my Blaze still won't take the new update. Any other suggestions.

It's great to have you here @Mshoop. Thanks for the troubleshoot that you've tried. I've noticed that some people have issues when they try to update their tracker using a mobile app. Have you tried updating it using a computer?
Also, are you getting any error message? Do you have a good internet connection?
