Blaze fit bit graph

I have just gotten a e blaze fitbit. It measures my heart rate but if i go onto my dashboard and click on heart rate tile. I get a white page that says no measurements. There is no options to swipe right or left. Just white page. Ive reinstalled app on my phone also restarted my tracker. Is there any thing im missing?

Try looking at your dashbord on the web, you should see up to a month of resting heart rate.

Do you have a heart rate reading on either dashbord? 

When clicking the HR entry on the phone i see this, your on Android so it shoud be simaler.
