Hello,
I just got a Fitbit Blaze today and have unboxed it 3 hours ago and since then it has just been flashing the Fitbit logo only for the last 3 hours have it on charge nit doing anything. I have tried troubleshooting and isn't doing anything.

If you are seeing the Fitbit logo on your tracker's display, that means that the trackers aren't paired yet. I recommend verifying that the trackers have enough charge and then do the following from your Fitbit app:
Once you set them up, you shouldn't see the Fitbit logo.

Best AnswerHello! To be honest, I scrolled through many conversations to see if I could get help prior to customer service getting back to me. It seemed there were a lot of the same responses to different questions and the help that was offered wasn't helpful - it was a generic response. In my case, your answer did not help. I had already stated what I tried yet your advice was to do what I already did.

New unit, unbox, charge it, then the fitbit logo keeps flashing. I tried to restart by holding the left+ bottom right for more than 10secs but it keeps flashing and not restarting. I tried to pair the device to my phone but can’t. The logo flashing for more than 3h now, please suggest a good solution.
