Blaze frozen

I've had my Fitbit for about 18 months and never had an issue. Over last couple days noticed the battery going very quickly. Today put it on charge and it has frozen on the Fitbit logo. Tried manual restart and flickers off for a second that back to frozen app screen. Any help??
