Blaze getting stuck

Whenever my Blaze goes into the today menu item I can’t get out of it without putting the unit on charge to reset it (left and bottom right button held no longer works), is there a way to disable or at least reorder the menu items, as it’s accidentally swiping through to Today a lot and it’s essentially then useless until I can get to a charger.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Could you please be more specific about the issue you are experiencing? Is your tracker getting stuck?

Hi! Yes, once I’m in the ‘Today’ screen I can’t get out of it, I can scroll up and down that screen but I can’t go back to the watch or to any other menu item, the only thing I can do is to put the unit in a charger at which point it goes back to the watch screen. Thank you!
