Condensation in Sensors

During my workout today my heart rate monitor on my device stopped working. I do sweat quite a bit but it’s always just wiped away before. However, when I turned it over to check if the green lights were still flashing, I can see moisture buildup in the sensors. It’s still tracking my steps, floors, etc... but the HR gives me too blank lines. I’ve check all the settings on the app as well as the watch and they’re correct.  I shut the device off but I was hoping to get some insight to if this is a common issue?

Thanks!

Hey @KaiyaIacobucci, welcome to the Forums.

Could you please provide me a picture of your Blaze heart rate sensor, where I can see the condensation? In the meantime, you can follow the instructions provide in the help article Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device?.

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy

Those are great news @KaiyaIacobucci.

I am glad to hear that you will be receiving a new tracker. At the moment of receiving it, you just need to do the following from the Fitbit to set it up:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Happy stepping! Smiley Very Happy
