Blaze glitch after update

I just received my Fitbit Blaze in the mail today. I turned it on, and set it up. I was then prompted to update the firmware, which I began to do. I was then told my battery was too low. I decided to plug it in and try again. Upon doing this, a red triangle with an exclamation point appeared (it was awkwardly pixelated) and disappeared. My Fitbit then seemed to restart and the Fitbit logo appeared in a very pixelated form, with diagonal green and black stripes in the back (clearly some sort of glitch.) I tried restarting it many times and it looks as though it's attempting to turn on and off again by itself but it is not going back to normal. I chatted with a specialist on here for awhile but nothing they said was leading to a resolution. I accidentally disconnected from that 30 minute conversation and decided to come here to see if someone could help me. I have since unsynced my Blaze to see if that was the issue. It is unable to sync again now and I have no idea what steps to take next. Any help would be appreciated. I am trying to avoid sending it back, but if that's what will get me a fully functioning Blaze, I'll do it.

If you bought it on fitbit I would contact support again to get it replaced.

 

If you bought it else where I would take it back and exchange it.

 

Make use your Unit is fully charged before starting any updates in the future.

Hey @sophistafunque im not sure what is ment by unsync, did you remove it from your app, and your fitbit account? Or did you remove it from your phones BT?

Tyat doesnt matter yet, did tye vattery triangke go away? if nit then yes follow @WendyB's instructions . 

If tye battery problem fixed, lets see if we can get you connected back up. Then we can contact support and have then run some programs to check your trackers health.
