If it wont sync to your phone it will need to sync to the computer.

Do you have an iPad or some sort of computer?

@East im not sure exactly what your asking, if your saying thatbwhen you turn tge Bkaze off, the time is off. That is correct and has nothing to do with your phone, whenever the Blaze is turned off it will requure a sync when turned back on. Please see the release notes for the latest firmware at https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Blaze/Blaze-Firmware-Release-17-8-301-7-Now-Available/td-p/1577225/

My quesion is why turn the Blaze off?

It's great to see you around @East@WendyB and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by.

Are you turning off your tracker? If you are, I recommend avoid doing this since if you turn it off, your time will change. To put the correct time, you just need to do the following from a computer:

1. Log into your fitbit.com dashboard and click the gear icon in the top right corner.
2. Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu.
3. Scroll down to the Time section and choose the time zone that best reflects your current location. You can also select 12-hour or 24-hour time display format here.
4. Sync your tracker to update your time zone.

Catch you later. Woman Happy
