My Blaze recently started going black - no lights on back. The restart buttons don't work. The only thing that gets it started again is to connect it to the charger for about 10-15 seconds. This happens when the Blaze is already fully charged.

Hey there, @CliffF!
Sorry to hear that your tracker isn't working properly!
To get your tracker back up and functioning properly, I would suggest holding down the left button and the bottom-right button for around 3-5 seconds, restarting the tracker. Although you had previously stated that you've already restarted it, I would recommend trying it once more. If the problem still persists, make sure that your tracker has synced to the Fitbit app, and is paired with Bluetooth.
If you need anything else, let me know, and I'll try to get back to you as soon as I can.

Ben - thanks very much. I've tried that multiple times - holding the buttons for 10-15 seconds or more. It never indicated a restart (buzzing, from what I've read)...nothing. The only thing that seems to get it going again is to put it on charge for a few seconds. Also, I've re-synced with the app multiple times - of course, only after restarting by putting it on the charger. The sync seems fine.
